Vinyasa is all about continuous movement and breath. It is a dynamic flowing form of yoga which harmonises breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom. Although Vinyasa is suitable for all levels, it's still a more challenging class so some experience on the mat would be handy.

Pregnancy yoga is different from general yoga. Yoga poses are adapted to accommodate the changes in the body and help relieve some of the common ailments often associated with pregnancy such as: backache, heartburn, nausea, pelvic pain etc.
Many women find that they regain their shape and fitness quicker after giving birth.
Yoga during pregnancy is generally very safe and is a great way to connect with your baby. The classes are also an opportunity to meet other mums-to-be who live locally.

During postnatal yoga, special attention is brought to re-toning the abdomen and pelvic floor muscles. At the same time practicing mindful breathing with yoga poses, that gently stretch, rebalance, alleviate tension and fatigue from body and mind.
Specially designed sequence of postures strengthening the lower back and releasing accumulated tension in the shoulders and upper back, which may be tired from holding, nursing and carrying.
Postnatal sessions are an unique time for the mum to feel good, and to revitalizes with the babies on the mat.
